Alicia's Physical Exam

Poor Alicia has missed her period and fears that she might be pregnant! Of course she can't go to her regular family doctor for fear that her secret may be revealed to her parents. Fortunately for her there is the Public Health Department!

Nurse Anika greets Alicia in the waiting room and a frightened nervous girl confides in Anika her problem. Anika gives her the standard medical history form to fill out and then returns to take her back to the exam room.

Dr. Fish orders a pregnancy test to make sure that she really is pregnant so after donning the hospital gown, Alicia is shown to the bathroom where she provides a urine sample.

The results come back quickly and it turns out that Alicia isn't pregnant after all! Being the thorough physician that he is, Dr. Fish suggests that Alicia have a complete physical exam to find out why she has missed her period.

Anika takes her vital signs and checks her ears and mouth. Then she has Alicia turn over onto her stomach to take her rectal temperature.

Dr. Fish returns and finds that Anika has used the wrong attachment on the otoscope. He repeats part of the exam and then gives Alicia a breast exam. Then he has her raise her gown so that he can palpate her abdomen. All seems fine as she lays there mostly naked. He suggests a pelvic exam.

Alicia places her feet in the stirrups and Dr. Fish gives her a manual exam after examining her genitals. After inserting his finger in her rectum and vagina, Dr. Fish inserts the speculum to obtain a Pap smear.

Dr. Fish wants to do a rectal exam next, but Alicia has never had an enema (for real!) She wants to see a demonstration! Can you imagine that? Being the kind and generous person that she is, Anika volunteers to take an enema to show Alicia what its like.

Seeing that its not too bad, Anika gives Alicia her first ever enema. She takes it well and then comes back for her second cleaning.

Now that she is well cleaned out, Alicia goes up on her knees and down on her elbows for the insertion of the proctoscope into her rectum.

With a clean bill of health Alicia dresses and leaves!
