Anika's Physical Examination

Anika goes on a camping trip and drinks water directly out of the stream. Soon, she has diarrhea and goes to Dr. Fish. After talking to her, the doctor suggests that her temperature be taken to determine if she has a fever. Anika pulls up her skirt and pulls down her underwear and lays face down on the exam table while Dr. Fish inserts a thermometer into her rectum. Finding a slight elevation in temperature, he decides to do a quick rectal exam.

Anika turns onto her side and brings her knees up to expose her anus to the doctor. He inserts his finger and checks for any obvious lesions. Finally, he decides to administer an injection of antibiotics and Anika gets a shot in her bottom. Dr. Fish tells her that if her symptoms don't improve in the next day or two, she should come back for a more thorough exam.

Two days later, Anika returns with unresolved symptoms and gets a complete physical exam, after donning the backless hospital gown. Her breasts are felt and a pelvic exam is done. Finally, Dr. Fish decides to give her an enema of antibiotics to soothe her colon. First, he gives her a one-quart cleansing enema. Then, after mixing the antibiotic solution, an inflatable retention nozzle is inserted into Anika's bottom and the large enema is given, then retained for several minutes.
