Back to School One!

Trinity is just starting her first year of college and has to have a physical exam before she can begin classes. Nervously she reports to the Public Health Department and sits in the waiting room filling out the questionnaire. Much to her delight and surprise, her friend Tasha comes in shortly after! The girls hug and Trinity confesses that she’s very nervous. Tasha tells her that its kind of embarrassing but it will be over and done with soon.

Soon Dr. Fish calls Trinity back to the exam room and the frightened girl asks if Tasha can go with her for reassurance. Dr. Fish has no problems with that and the trio adjourns to the exam room.

Dr. Fish explains that Trinity is going to have to have a complete physical exam, including a rectal exam that must be preceded by cleansing enemas. Trinity has never in her life had an enema. For real! Tasha volunteers to go first so Dr. Fish steps out of the exam room for her to undress and put on the gown.

Trinity and Tasha exchange wonderful dialog. In real life the girls are roommates and have a lot to talk about!

Finally Dr. Fish comes back into the exam room and gives Tasha a complete physical. He feels her breasts, looks into her eyes and throat, and then takes her temperature in her bottom.

Prior to giving her a pelvic and rectal exam he administers two complete enemas. Dr. Fish even gives Trinity the opportunity to look through the vaginal and then the rectal speculum at Tasha’s vagina and rectum.

Satisfied that she is in good health she is allowed to dress. Now its Trinity’s turn! She is actually rather shy and even is reluctant to take off her clothes in front of Tasha.

When Dr. Fish returns she is sitting on the exam table. Dr. Fish unties the gown in the back and lets it fall off her shoulders, baring her breasts. A stethoscope is placed against her skin and then she is given a breast exam. After lying on her back, Dr. Fish raises her gown and palpates her abdomen.

She needs to have her temperature taken and she slowly turns onto her stomach. This is the part she has dreaded! Dr. Fish gently spreads her bottom apart and inserts the cold glass thermometer.

After several minutes, he removes it and then tells her that its time for her enema. He leaves the room and the girls talk about what has happened and what’s in store!

When Dr. Fish returns he puts the enema bag on the IV pole and tells Trinity to lay on her left side. He brings the gown up and fully exposes her bare bottom. With a well-lubricated gloved finger, he spreads her bottom apart and inserts it. Trinity is very unfamiliar with the strange sensation!

Next the nozzle is inserted into Trinity’s rectum. As the water starts to flow, we see her facial expressions caught on camera as she gets her first ever enema.

After taking the quart she goes to the bathroom. She’s full, but nervous and nothing happens for awhile, and then the torrent is released!

Trinity returns to the exam room after expelling and Dr. Fish has prepared her second enema. This time she is getting two quarts and an inflatable nozzle will be used. Dr. Fish has her get up on her knees and down on her elbows so that she will be more comfortable. The nozzle is inserted and inflated and two quarts of warm water fill Trinity’s colon.

After all the water is taken, Trinity is escorted to the bathroom with the inflatable nozzle in place. She faces away from the camera and Dr. Fish removes it.

After expelling it, she returns to the exam room for a pelvic and rectal exam. This time Tasha gets to look inside!
