Its that time of year again and the girls get notices to report back to the Public Health Department. Yes, last year they had to get physical exams before starting school and they thought that would be it for the rest of the time they are in college.

After taking their medical histories, the girls are escorted to the exam room together! Each is examined while the other sits in the chair and watches. Nurse Sabrina has been well taught by Dr. Fish including taking temperatures rectally!
Since Trinity is going to have to do a proctoscope exam, Nurse Sabrina has decided that both girls will be given two enemas each. And with the inflatable nozzles to make it even more humiliating!
After Trinity is cleaned out, she has to lay on the table for her exam. Nude and fully exposed. And then its into the stirrups for her pelvic exam!
Next Trinity has to get up on her knees and down on her elbows for the rectal exam. The speculum is inserted and opened so that her anus is spread wide apart!
With her exam over, Trinity is told to sit while Lola goes through the same embarrassing exam!
