Lisa Barker's Upset Stomach

Lisa has been camping and has been experiencing stomach problems ever since.  She makes an appointment at the Public Health Department and meets Dr. Albert Fish.  He has her pull down her pants and checks her rectal temperature.  Its slightly elevated giving him some concern.  He has her lie on her side and gives her a thorough digital rectal exam.  He's concerned that she may have an infection from drinking bad water while camping so he gives her a shot of antibiotics in her bottom.  He tells her to return if her symptoms persist.

A few days later she does return with the same symptoms of diarrhea.  This time he decides that she needs an enema laced with antibiotics.  She is very resistant but before long she finds herself with the inflatable nozzle in her rectum.  Being the thorough man he is, he also gives her a pelvic exam.
