Deborah

Young Deborah Strickland wakes up one morning realizing she hasn't studied enough for a test, so she decides to feign illness so her mother won't make her go to school. She tells her mother, Sally, that her stomach isn't feeling well.

Deborah's mother first takes Deborah's temperature rectally, then, finding that the girl isn't running a fever, gives her an enema in hopes that will cure the problem.

None of this seems to help, so Sally reluctantly cancels some appointments at work, calls Deborah's school to tell them she won't be in that morning and makes a doctor's appointment. Deborah, knowing she's not really sick and not wanting to be poked and prodded any more, is reluctant to go to the doctor's - she balks and whines so much that her mother finally pulls her across her lap for a spanking, also threatening that if Deborah doesn't straighten out, she'll take her to Grandpa Strickland, the family disciplinarian, for an even-harsher spanking.

Deborah is taken to the doctor's, where she is first given a gynecological exam, then forced, once again, to endure having her temperature taken rectally and yet another enema. Then, she's given a rectal exam using an anuscope.

Having found nothing wrong with Deborah, the doctor and her mother agree that a trip to Grandpa's might be in order. But first, the doctor and Sally decide that, since she's there already, she might as well get the exam she was scheduled to get the following week, so it's Sally's turn and she's given two enemas, then examined using a sigmoidoscope.

Then, it's off to Grandpa Strickland's house where, to everyone's amazement, Grandpa says it must be Sally's fault that her daughter isn't behaving well. He bends Sally over his bed and gives her several fierce whacks with a leather strap! All's well that ends well; later, at home, Deborah promises to act better and try harder in school and her mother and she agree to work together better.
