Gladiator I: The Condom Conundrum

When Dr. Fish arrives at the Public Health Department for work one morning he is stressed because the new Gladiator condoms have been found to cause infections and irritation. On top of that his nurse Anika isn't there and a nurse from the temp agency is! Sabrina claims that she knows exactly what she is supposed to do, but Dr. Fish has his doubts.
He tells Sabrina to get the first patient. A girl from the local campus, Julia, presents herself. Sabrina carefully takes her medical history and then shows her to the exam room where she is told to undress and put on the gown. Sabrina skillfully takes her vital signs. She even has Julia roll onto her stomach so that her temperature can be taken in her bottom.
Julia is weighed and then Dr. Fish comes in and goes over her chart. Because she has used the Gladiator condoms, including having had anal sex with them, he orders Sabrina to give her two preliminary cleansing enemas prior to doing a complete rectal and pelvic exam.
After the enema is started it becomes obvious to Julia that its way too hot! Sabrina removes the nozzle and fills the bag with cooler water.
Julia gets her second enema and then expels it. After returning from the bathroom, Dr. Fish has to look in Julia's ears because Sabrina forgot to do it. And Julia reveals that the water was way too hot for her first enema. Is it possible that Sabrina really doesn't know what she's doing?
Dr. Fish examines Julia's breasts and then gives her a complete pelvic exam. As soon as that is completed, Julia is told to get up on her knees and down on her elbows for the proctoscope exam.
Even though her exam was negative, Dr. Fish feels that he needs to give Julia an injection of antibiotics. Evidently Sabrina doesn't know how to give injections!
Julia is free to leave. Since there is a lull between patients, Nurse Sabrina confesses to having also used gladiator condoms! Since the first symptoms are fever, he has Sabrina pull down her pants and panties and takes her rectal temperature.
Dr. Fish informs Sabrina that she's going to have to have a complete physical exam just like Julia did and instructs her to undress and put on the gown while he fills the enema bag. Imagine his surprise when he returns and finds Sabrina laying on the exam table nude!
Dr. Fish decides he's going to use the inflatable nozzle and demonstrates how it will expand inside her rectum. After giving her the enema, he escorts her to the bathroom with the nozzle still inflated in her rectum. Bending over the edge of the toilet, he deflates it and removes it.

With the speculum still inserted into her vagina, Sabrina is confronted. She confesses to manipulating things so that she can substitute for Anika! Dr. Fish feels that Sabrina needs to be punished for what she has done. She's an imposter. She doesn't know what she's doing. So he takes her over his knee and gives her bare bottom a good spanking. With her bottom sore and red, she is told to stand in the corner. After awhile she is allowed to get dressed and leave. Little does she know that Dr. Fish follows her home!
