Moral Welfare Office: The Streetwalker

After the collapse of the economy, the Authorities knew that strict measures would have to be taken to prevent social upheaval. But there was little money to put citizens in prison who were accused of petty crimes and misdemeanors. It was decided and a proclamation was passed that anyone accused of a misdemeanor would be sent before the Moral Welfare Officer and sentenced to Corporal Punishment!

Jolana Kenshova was a student trying to support herself. It was very hard in the days after the collapse. A friend told her of an easy way to make money. The boys leaving the factory in the afternoon were often in need of female companionship. Scared, but eager to solve her own financial problems, Jolana sat outside the factory in the sexiest outfit she could find. It wasn't long before a nice young man from the factory approached her. He wanted anal sex and pulled out a large wad of cash from his pocket! She had never done that before, but knew that some men liked that. And then there was the money. She agreed only to see the man remove a set of handcuffs from the other pocket and arrest her on a charge of prostitution!

Jolana was taken to the detention room where she was put through a humiliating strip search including an enema!

The Moral Welfare Officer came to the detention room and sentenced her to ten strokes of the leather strap! But first he ordered the young doctor to give her a complete physical examination to make sure she had no evidence of sexually transmitted disease. The physical was complete and thorough including having her temperature taken rectally, a pelvic exam and a rectal exam!

Satisfied that she was healthy, Jolana was taken back to the detention room where ten hard strokes of the leather strap were administered to her bare bottom!
