Young Sarah, desperate for money, visits her friend, Madeline, who deals drugs. She is given a job as a "mule", delivering drugs to one of Madeline's subordinates, but Madeline insists that the shipment be smuggled in Sarah's vagina. The drugs, concealed in a condom, are inserted while Sarah sits on the couch with her legs open.

Unfortunately, Sara gets busted as she's delivering the drugs and she's taken to the police station where she is questioned.

Giving up nothing, Sarah is told that she will be subjected to a humiliating strip search. The officer asks a female cop to come in and conduct the search and, much to Sarah's surprise, the cop is Madeline!

Madeline tries to play down the bust, but the detective insists that Sarah be searched and Madeline soon finds herself having no choice but to conduct the body cavity search, which quickly reveals the drugs hidden in Sarah's vagina! Realizing that she has no alternative, Sarah privately informs the detective that Madeline is her accomplice. He has no choice but to follow up on the absurd allegation and he's surprised to find, after her house is searched, that Madeline is the prime dealer! Poor Madeline is also arrested and strip searched, herself, by the detective, who finds little sympathy for her. Both women are charged with possession of drugs.

But they are living in a county where corporal punishment is part of the ordeal and both are sentenced to six strokes of the leather strap. Prior to the administration of the punishment, both girls are subjected to embarassing physical examinations. Stripped naked, they are given pelvic exams, a thermometer is inserted into their rectums and, finally, an enema is given.

Sarah is even examined using a proctoscope!

The dreaded moment arrives when the strap is to be administered and both girls are taken to the punishment room. Sarah is told to strip and is placed over the edge of the punishment table and her hands are restrained. The experience is so traumatic, it triggers a flashback, with Sarah re-experiencing two times when she was severely spanked as a child by her mother.

Madeline is told to count the strokes and, seeking revenge on Sarah for turning her in, she misses several until Sarah has received over 12 strokes of the leather!

Finally, it's Madeline's turn and she, too, is soon naked and bending over the table, restrained for her six of the best!
