Nurse Sabrina and Dr. Drake

Dr. Drake is a new medical resident working at the Public Health Department and Nurse Sabrina has a big crush on him!  Yes, he's pretty dumb.  Yes, he's a typical medical resident.  MD after his name but no experience.  However, Sabrina thinks he is the hottest thing to walk in the door of the Public Health Department.  Certainly he's a lot better looking than Dr. Fish!

Well it so happens that Sabrina knows Dr. Fish is going to be out for the day.  What an opportunity!  That morning she takes her time in the shower getting especially clean.

Well it turns out that the first patient has called and canceled.  Now its time for her plot to go into effect.  Sabrina complains to Dr. Drake that she isn't feeling well.  Being the compassionate doctor that he is he suggests that she needs an exam.  She hems and haws about it and finally agrees to go behind the curtain and undress. 

Dr. Drake decides she needs a couple enemas to get her cleaned out before he examines her.  First she gets one with the regular nozzle.

Next she is allowed to use the toilet and the cramps and sounds are incredible.  Watch her completely!

After she has returned to the exam room she has her rectal temperature taken, is given a long deep pelvic exam with his fingers and then he inserts a speculum and does a Papp smear of her cervix!

After that he has Sabrina get up on her knees and down on her elbows and inserts a big glass anal dilator into her rectum before the proctoscope exam.

Well Sabrina has certainly gotten more than she bargained for, but now its time for her to give Dr. Drake a little of his own medicine!  She gives him a big enema!
