Regan and Anna work for the government as secretaries and as a condition of their employment, both have to have complete physical exams. Being extraordinarily cheap, the government contracts with the Public Health Department to administer the physical exams.

Regan is more than annoyed at the prospect of having a strange doctor do her physical and Anna is terrified of doctors in general. Dr. Albert Fish greets the girls in the waiting room and gives them a health summary to fill out. Regan makes her usual sarcastic comments while Anna demurely complies with the request to fill out the form.

Dr. Fish soon escorts Regan back to the exam room where he reviews her history and proceeds to examine her. He skirt and blouse come off and soon he is having her lower them for the dreaded rectal temperature. While that's being done, he administers a shot in her bare bottom.

The Public Health Department is very thorough and two enemas must be administered before the pelvic and rectal exam can be completed. Regan claims to have never had an enema before and complains. She complains even more when she isn't provided with a hospital gown. Well, Dr. Fish can't help it if the laundry hasn't arrived yet!

Two enemas are administered and then Regan is given a pelvic and speculum exam. Great cervix shot here!

Next comes the rectal exam and the proctoscope is inserted into Regan's bottom.

After she has dressed Regan returns to the waiting room and fills in Anna on what to expect. Now the girl is really scared! She has never had an enema (really!) and her only knowledge of them is from watching Sybil.

After the preliminaries, Dr. Fish has her turn onto her stomach with her skirt raised and panties down for the thermometer and the shot.

Anna is soon laying nude on the table ready to get her first ever enemas. Dr. Fish always is very kind and gentle to his patients who are experiencing their first enema.

After the ordeal of two of them is over, she is given her pelvic and rectal exams.
