Tammy's Mother-in-Law

After Tammy married Thomas, they decided to live with his mother, Nancy, so they could save some money for a house.  Tammy thought this was great because it meant she didn't have to lift a finger!  She found out that things might not be so easy after she said she wasn't feeling well.  Much to her surprise, Nancy took her rectal temperature.
