Tori's Anal Exam

This product was produced in 2003 and is in compliance with 18 U.S.C. Section 2257

Tori and her boyfriend have decided that they want to experiment with anal sex, but Tori is concerned that she is too small. She makes an appointment with Dr. Fish at the Public Health Department. After explaining her embarrassing dilemma Dr. Fish explains that he will need to do a thorough physical exam, concentrating on her anus and rectum. 
Stepping into the bathroom, she gives a urine sample and then returns to the exam room and undresses. Dr. Fish looks into her mouth, checks her thyroid, takes her blood pressure and feels her pulse. Next he examines her breasts. She is told to lean forward to make sure they hang symmetrically. Then Tori lays down and her breasts are palpated.
Next Dr. Fish has Tori turn over onto her stomach and spreads her bare bottom apart to insert a rectal thermometer. 
Dr. Fish has Tori slide down to the end of the table and put her feet in the stirrups. He inserts his finger into her vagina and explores her deeply with his finger. He milks her urethra to make sure there is no abnormal discharge. Next he inserts a finger into her rectum and a finger into her vagina. With all complete, he performs a speculum exam that clearly reveals her cervix. 
Still in the lithotomy position, he inserts a proctoscope into her rectum. Dr Fish decides she needs to have two cleansing enemas before he can evaluate her rectum more thoroughly. She is escorted to the bathroom where she receives multiple insertions of a bulb syringe filled with warm soapy water.
After expelling the enema, she is shown back to the exam room and given a bigger soapy enema with the inflatable nozzle inserted into her rectum.
After expelling the second enema she is given an exam with a rectal speculum and then told that to be complete, a sigmoidoscope exam should be performed. Laying on her side, the long black scope is inserted into her bottom.
Feeling that all is healthy, Dr. Fish tells her that her anus is very tight and the use of rectal dilators will eventually make it more comfortable for her to have anal sex. She is encouraged to insert each dilator into her bottom until the largest one is inserted. Dr. Fish gives her the dilators so that she can work diligently at expanding her small anus.
