Tori's Physical Examination

Tori Rowe has a history of calling her mother from school to pick her up early because she complains of not feeling well. Her mother, Denise, having been a recent patient of Dr. Fish's decided that maybe it's her daughter's turn to visit the Public Health Department!

Under protest, Tori is taken to the Health Department and Nurse Anika carefully takes her medical history. She listens to her heart and decides that Tori needs to have her temperature taken. Explaining that the rectal method is the most reliable, Nurse Anika instructs Tori to lay face down on the exam table. With the thermometer ready, Anika raises Tori's skirt and lowers her panties and gently slides the thermometer into the girl's rectum.

With the preliminaries out of the way, Dr. Fish comes in and announces that Tori needs to have a complete physical exam. Because that will also include a thorough examination of her rectum, Nurse Anika is instructed to give Tori a preliminary cleansing enema. Having never had an enema before, Tori protests to her mother, who simply tells her that she is to cooperate!

Nurse Anika gives Tori a large volume enema and after expelling it, Dr. Fish performs a complete pelvic exam including an examination with a lighted speculum.

Satisfied that all is well gynecologically, Dr. Fish instructs Tori to get up on her knees and down on her elbows for the rectal exam. Humiliated, but reluctant to argue with her mother, Tori assumes the position and Dr. Fish inserts a well-lubricated finger deep into Tori's rectum. Following the digital exam, he inserts a cold metal proctoscope into her rectum and shines a bright light into the barrel of the scope to visualize her pink rectum.

Anika has discovered that Tori is remiss on her inoculations and Mrs. Rowe insists that the first shot be administered. While Dr. Fish fills the syringe, Tori has to bend over the edge of the exam table with her skirt up and her panties down for the painful injection.

Tori is sent to the waiting room so that Dr. Fish can discuss the girls behavior with her mother. Having his own daughters, he recommends that Tori be given a good spanking when she gets home to let her know that her uncooperative behavior is not acceptable. Denise agrees completely. Dr. Fish also asks her how her own health is and Mrs. Rowe acknowledges that the previous visit had actually done her a lot of good. The enema had relieved her abdominal pains that she had been experiencing. Dr. Fish offers to give her another enema and Denise accepts. After undressing completely and donning the backless hospital gown, two quarts of water are administered to Mrs. Rowe.

After she relieves herself, the second of three shots are administered to her bottom while she lays prone on the exam table.

Tori's Physical Exam closes with the poor girl being sent to her room to wait for her mother to come up and administer a well-deserved spanking. Tori is finally instructed to pull down her panties and raise her skirt to her waist and bend over the edge of her bed. Mrs. Rowe uses a belt on her daughter's bare bottom while Tori cries and promises to behave in the future.
