I'm so proud of my son!  He recently graduated from Medical School in Guatemala and was six in his class of seven!  Better than his old man.  He's decided to do his residency in the US at the Public Health Department and under the watchful eye of Nurse Sabrina he is honing his skills as a physician. 

Its a slow afternoon so Sabrina graciously offers to let him practice on her.  He takes her history and physical and then her vital signs.  Yes, he knows that the most accurate way is rectally.

Albert gives her two enema in preparation for her proctoscope exam and he did a very nice job of that also.  Before her proctoscope exam, nurse Sabrina walks him through a pelvic exam.  He did OK on it but has a few things to learn about opening the speculum all the way.

Now its up on her knees and down on her elbows for the proctoscope exam and he gets a good look inside Sabrina's bottom.

Well it seems that Albert and Sabrina were mutually attracted to each other and performed a bit of gymnastics in the exam room.  I can't say I'm pleased by this lack of professionalism, but did you see how big he is?  Takes after his old man!
