Moral Welfare: The Hanger Queen

It had been rumored for a week that an attractive young lady had been approaching pilots at the airport, offering to give them wonderful sexual favors in exchange for money. Some of the men, being of an adventurous nature welcomed the new face around the airport. But some of the old conservative pilots reported the girl to the Moral Welfare Department. Ever vigilant, they placed an undercover agent at the airport to catch the poor girl. It wasn't long before she approached the undercover Moral Welfare Officer and offered to make him happy for a certain sum of money.

Stepping out the back door of the hanger, she slowly caressed him and undid his pants. As she wrapped her lips around him, he took out his badge, identified himself as an agent of the Moral Welfare Office, and summoned the police on his cell phone. The unhappy girl was taken to the detention center by the police officer.

Soon, the department physician, Anika, arrived to conduct a humiliating strip search of the poor girl. Before the lovely Anika and the police officer, the girl was ordered to strip naked.

The physician inspected her vagina and rectum and decided to administer an enema to make certain the girl wasn't concealing drugs.

Satisfied that she wasn't concealing anything, the physician allowed her to dress and summoned the Moral Welfare Officer. He returned to interrogate the girl and finally sentenced her to a caning!

But first she must undergo a more thorough physical examination, with special attention paid to her genital area, at the hands of the lovely doctor. In the exam room, under the watchful eye of the policeman, the girl stripped off her clothes.

Anika examined her completely to make certain that she was a healthy citizen and could withstand the torment of the cane. Her heart was listened to, as were her lungs. Her abdomen was palpated and her temperature was taken.

She was given another enema so that her rectum was very clean for the insertion of the proctoscope.

And of course a speculum was even inserted into her vagina to make certain that she harbored no sexually transmitted diseases.

With her humiliating physical exam complete, the poor girl is escorted back to the detention room.

The Moral Welfare Officer returns to administer her punishment. Prostitution is a grave offense in the eyes of the state. The policeman bends the girl over the table and restrains her wrists. The unfortunate girl's skirt is raised and her panties are lowered well below her knees so that her bottom is completely bare for the cane.

Her sentence is 12 strokes! Slowly and methodically the strokes are administered leaving nasty red welts on her poor bottom.

But at the completion of the sentence, the Moral Welfare Officer decides that she needs six more just to make certain that she never returns again! Offering her no mercy, the Officer gives her six more painful strokes across her already sore bottom.

With the punishment completed, the girl is photographed for the Moral Welfare web site; her stripped bare bottom on display for the citizens of the state to see.
