We have changed the way we process orders. When you
initially place your order, you will receive notification from us that it is
queued. After we process it, you will receive a notification that it is
processed. Most of the time this will occur very quickly, but there may be
times when there is a delay. Please be patient. We are doing this to
enhance security and eliminate some errors.
Download problems?
All links to downloads are within the product description. Click on the
thumbnail that says 'see details' and then click on "Click Here to Download." You will
be asked to input your user ID and password which are the ones you used when you
registered or signed in. Comcast and Yahoo bounce emails from Stonefox and other
ISP's may put our emails in your spam folder. If you intend to order a
download and not a DVD it's your responsibility to order it from the Stonefox
Theater. The Product Catalog contains DVD's. If you accidently order
a DVD we will cancel that order if you intended to order a download as long as
you order the download before the DVD is prepared for shipping, which can happen
minutes from the time you place your order depending on the time of day and
other factors.

the status of it to non-recurring so once you ask us to cancel it you will no longer have access to the member's area.

Our shopping cart is secure. When you click on Check
Out, you will see the https URL. Users of Internet Explorer will get a
message that asks if they want to display non-secure items. This is
because the menu on the left side of the page is separate from the shopping cart
but that isn't where you enter any personal information. Rest assured that
your information is encrypted. You will also notice that some of our
competitors don't use secure shopping carts!
